Pretend City Children’s Museum Pays Tribute to Our Country’s Service Men and Women with Free Military Admission on Veteran’s Day

WHAT:  PretendCity Children’s Museum will host members of the military and their immediate family with free admission on Veteran’s Day.  The museum will be open to everyone for a celebration in honor of American’s veterans for their patriotism, love of country and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.  There will be fun activities and patriotic music playing throughout the day, and guests are all invited to wear red, white and blue to show their support and patriotism.  Members of the military are invited to wear their uniforms.

WHEN:  Friday, November 11, 2011 - 9:00am – 5:00pm.  GREAT LOCATION FOR LIVE SHOTS.

WHERE:  Pretend City Children’s Museum, 29 Hubble, Irvine, CA.  Media parking available in front parking lot.

WHY:  This special day is an opportunity to honor the men and woman who have served our country.

Pretend City provides an amazing backdrop of a miniature city for children to have the ultimate pretend experience.  Designed after key landmarks in Orange County, the colorful city features everything a child can imagine from a Ralph's Grocery Store, a cafe, post office, library, the Newport Beach Pier, the Orange Circle, a doctor's office and so much more.
