A few months ago I went to a fun Italian Festival hosted by the great folks in Valencia. I had the opportunity to tour some awesome homes and the kids had a blast. Yes! Kids were invited to tour the homes as well and everything was very family-friendly. Valencia is at it again this weekend and if you don't have any plans, I think this is a fun and free event to attend.
Who/What
Three brand-new neighborhoods in Valencia will be unveiled this weekend! Located within West Hills, they represent the builder’s largest, most luxurious homes in the area.These new homes have been modeled to anticipating changing conditions. Melissa Lanz of The Fresh 20 will give a cooking demo and cookbook signing at 11:15am at Monument. At 2:15pm, Andrea Fellman of Savvy Sassy Moms will host demo summer style and host an entertaining trunk show at Monument.About the Neighborhoods
