I was at the Westminster Mall a bit ago and noticed a HUGE ad - and then realized it was just board covering up an upcoming shop - CUPS! It's a new frozen yogurt shop that is coming to the Wesminster Mall - all the way from the East Coast. It's hosting it's grand opening today, July
